5. Payments & Fees

• Payments must be made in full and on time as per the agreed terms.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services and/or additional fees.

• Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary and business information exchanged during the course of the project.
• We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

• CroudiWebs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes from our digital marketing or development efforts, as results may vary depending on multiple external factors.

8. Third-Party Tools & Services

• CroudiWebs may use third-party tools or platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, APIs, hosting providers) to deliver certain services.
• We are not responsible for issues arising from the use of or changes to third-party services.

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches the terms.
• Upon termination, the client will be billed for work completed up to the termination date.
